Crash, bang, wallop

Came across the aftermath of an attempt to drive through a bollard on my way home. More seriously, the passenger compartment was fine, the car much less so (nevertheless I have obscured the numberplate). No sign of the police or occupants. I reported it and carried on home.

Myddelton House Gardens

I visited Myddelton House Gardens in Enfield in yesterday’s sun and took some amazing photos of flowers and plants with my X-Pro1 and 60mm F2.4, a really lovely combination. I’ve never really liked the output from this lens before, which I can only put down to me being a bit fickle – it’s actually fantastic!

Travelling at a snail’s pace

I was doing the washing up when I looked up to see this fella on his was across the kitchen windows. All I had to hand was my E-P3 with the Panny 20mm mounted. I kind of like the result even though the edges of the snail blur away.
