I support every campaigner against brexit, be they a Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat, SNP, Sinn Fein, UUP, DUP, Plaid or Green supporter. I don’t care if they are a Corbynista, Thatcherite, Bennite, Cameroon or Blairite. I don’t care that people are unionist or nationalist. I don’t care if people are members of a union or paid up members of the CBI. I don’t care if people voted remain, voted leave or didn’t vote.

All of Tim Farron, Nicola Sturgeon, Anna Soubry, David Lammy, Caroline Lucas and a good deal of others are taking enormous flak for standing up for what they believe in.

I care that people love their country, whether for them it is the UK, NI, Ireland, Wales or Scotland and that they believe this fascist nonsense is nothing to do with them. I care if people are willing to fight brexit with all their heart.

To quote Dylan Thomas: “Do not go gentle into that good night.
