Things go wrong.

Sometimes you pound the streets all day looking for a story to tell. Other times you’ve been trapped by a deluge near your usual sandwich shop and a story presents itself. As I watched people running through the deluge I saw these guys approaching with copies of the local evening newspaper.

I could see from where I was standing, a balcony above the entrance to the station, that they were struggling in the heavy rain. Sadly it all went wrong as they turned a corner and the newspapers went everywhere over the floor!

Luckily some slightly damp (!) newspapers were retrieved quickly. Sadly that left me no choice but to run back to work… Through the rain
