Nothing much to this one other than a realisation that the foggy view down the tracks from my local train station this morning might make a nice photo…
Cheers David, it is a B/W conversion processed from RAW. The original image was actually awful (very foggy and lacked any contrast), but with a few tweaks in Capture One (largely pumping up the contrast and converting to B&W) the fog was banished to the end of the tracks and the image above emerged. Note the B&W is a split tone red/blue tint.
Excellent – is this a b/w conversion or was the scene actually that monochrome?
